The Avast Secure Browser Elevation Service service failed to start ...

I am receiving the following error in my Windows 7 System log.

DCOM got error "2" attempting to start the service AvastSecureBrowserElevationService with arguments "" in order to run the server:
{620A093F-79D3-4CAB-8CAD-EB1A39A8C0A2}


Then it is immediately followed by the following every hour:

The Avast Secure Browser Elevation Service service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

This started happening today.  I checked my list of installed programs and it indicates an update was done on 4/12/2019.  Looks like some sort of bug has been introduced.

Avast support, can you reproduce this and have it fixed?

 Hello,I am having the same problem with Avast Secure Browser.Error the elevation service failed to start.The System cannot find the file specified. Any help much appreciated,I like this Browser.

This problem is now fixed on my Windows 7 machine via version 74 of the browser.
