I need to test a computer with no internet connection

I have a machine that was subject to a ransoomware attack.

I purchased pro plus. It will not install.



Server 2012R2
Logged in as Administrator
No Internet access

Unable to attach error log
Logged

More information will be needed for anyone to attempt to assist.
What Pro plus ???
What OS?
 version? build 32/64 Bit
And Any other Security Software installed for a start
