Starting to wish I had not got Avast

I find the systems confusing and almost all about getting another subscription and another and another, then when I need help I call the help line but no one answers. The system is blocking me logging on to a new site where they have loaded me up...it is a work site..and i have to change the password before going any further but Avast is stuffing it up for me and cannot get on to site.
As for the verification letters to post a message....they could not be harder to read if they tried

The help line is third party support. There is no phone help directly with Avast.
The captchas are there only for the first 3 posts to block spammers.
Are there any messages when the site you want to visit is blocked?
Which version of Avast are you using ??? Paid, Free, what operating system ???
