No Licenses showing in account

Hi All , I have logged into Avast Secure line VPN then click on My Licenses, it shows my 5 Licences on my PC. I then click on Manage Account in the same window but when it loads it says "You dont have any Licences How about getting one" and wants me to buy more.

What am I doing wrong please.

Hi Graeme28,

The licenses aren't showing for you on my.avast.com because they were purchased under another email address from the one registered to your account.

When you check the "My licenses" page through the SecureLine app, it shows the licenses associated with the activation code used for the application.

You currently don't have a my.avast.com account set up under the email address that you used when purchasing SecureLine - if you create an account with the matching email address, the licenses will then be shown. If you don't know the email address that you have used, please reply to this topic and I will contact you via PM.
