I renewed my licence two days ago. The activation code is not working. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Older version got installed even though I downloaded new file. They are still asking me to renew my licence. Now, neither the old nor the new activation codes are working. Tried various logins. All ask to renew.
Pls help.
