Issues after uninstalling cleanup premium

I loved the service, but I fell on some hard times and so had to cancel the service. I uninstalled the program, but forgot that I had a couple of programs set to 'sleep mode' to reduce cpu usage etc. Ever since my computer has not been able to locate the programs, and so i cannot run them. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the programs, thinking that if it was like a custom setting or something that resetting the programs to fatory would fix it, no dice. Anyone encountered something similar, or have any ideas how to fix. Thanks.
