Avast Account Not Syncing

My Avast account will not sync to my Avast software. When I check my devices through my online account, it still shows as "ADD FIRST DEVICE".

I have tried to:
  • Log out and log back in through my antivirus
  • Uninstalled the antivirus and reinstalled by using the "ADD FIRST DEVICE" option

This has been going on for over a month.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
