Avast Password Leaked - Password Guardian Says No Leakage
« on: May 06, 2019, 01:23:34 AM »
I was resetting my Avast password and got a warning saying my Avast Password had leaked and it told me to change it. I clicked on it and it took me to the Avast password record. Password Guardian tells me everything is OK though. Is this just because I used the password on the forums as it happened the exact moment I entered the password on this forums site?

Checking it now it says the password leaked on 23 Oct 16. I didn't even use Avast Passwords then (though I did have an Avast account) but I've changed my password umpteen times since.

Avast Hack-Check: https://www.avast.com/hackcheck

No leaks in 2018, none in 2019.

Only passwords which have leaked are weak ones which I've used for forums (ones I don't use anymore to be honest) but never anything important.
