Ransom Shield was turned off again with no notice from Avast Software!
A user should NOT have to go into the GUI daily to make sure all components are running.
We need notification that a specific component is OFF. >:(

If your Avast sys tray icon is animated, you aren't going to see a notification.
Already reported and as far as I know, someone is looking for a solution.

It really amazes me that something that is working just fine all of a sudden is screwed up in the beta release.  It really makes me wonder about QA testing and Alpha testing prior to getting released to beta.

It used to be that beta testing Avast was almost bulletproof, now more like some shot themselves in the foot.

I have to say this worries me:
- Potential BSOD caused by Behavior Shield
- many other crashes and BSODs

Is Avast 19.4 so badly broken or is this just from the last 19.5 beta ?

Do you guys have this screen in English? (Welcome Screen => Show changes)
Why I ask this is its translation looks weird and I don't exactly sure what it means, so I want the text in English (i.e. original text).

RANSOM SHIELD OFF again for the 3rd straight morning. No notification and icon is NOT set to animate.
We need a notification that a component is off whether Ransom Shield or Behavior shield!

Hi guys, for the interested ones - a preview of the new menu layout.

Seems somewhat weird (and pointless), given the 'Sign up into Avast to protect all of your devices' headline when the device section is bereft of information unless using the Paid version/s of Avast.
