HyperV Host freezes / extreme slow

Hi,
after upgrading to Avast Business Pro 19.3 our MS Server 2012 R2 working as Cluster Host for HyperV is extremely slow when login in. In the taskmanager for the Explorer is no Response.

We reduced the scanning to only scan filesystem and do not scan any files that related to the hyperv management and the VMs. After uninstall avast the host works without any problem.

We have other HyperV Server that are not in the cluster. these machines have no Problems. the VMs don't have any problems too.

Is there any way to get the Cluster Host work with Avast Business Pro 19.3?

What Avast components/features/services are installed (File Shield, Behavior Shield, Mail Shield, Web Shield, Anti-spam, etc.)?
Have you restarted the server since the upgrade to v19.3? Have you updated to v19.5 since we just released that upgrade on Tuesday, June 5, 2019?
