End of using Avast I have bitten the bullet

I have been using Avast since 2001, but as of today no more.

For the last 4 program updates, problems, new update new problems.

This update
Behavior shield not working. Other times no ransomware shield working. Have to turn on manually. Also no warnings that these are not working.
Lost faith with protection, how can you trust when you have to keep checking if all shields working.
This is on Win 10 Pro and Home.

I also have to reboot after booting up as no internet connection.  If I dont have avast installed no problem with internet. This happens on win 10 pro.

Avast version 19.5.2378. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.

I am that unsatisfied i still have over 2 years left on licence.

I have experienced both/the same issues at times and then not. Now again after MS update yesterday.
Yes quite frustrating. None of these issues were apparent in my installations 6 months ago

The product has never been stable.  For at least 10 years it's been in a continuous cycle of trying
to have a release that just works, but they never get there.
