Avast false positive. Web form for sending FP does not work

Hi,

I represent Greatis Software and our product: UnHackMe:

I got a message from our user:
"Avast reported Hackmon.exe infected with WannaCry while I was installing Unhackme. "

I used this form:
Report a false positive (select file or website)

It is always finished by error screen.

I have been trying to submit a file for analysis from the virus chest and I got an error message. 

"! Something went wrong. Please try again later."

If this is the same it could be an issue with all submissions.

Yes. I tried hundred times from different PCs and browsers with no luck.
