Hello,
My phone got lost yesterday and I tried to wipe phone memory under Anti-Theft.
It said "No reply from device has been received yet, please wait...". Today I received my phone back, it was turned off and when I turned it back on, I needed to set up it again, so all the data was gone.
Question is, did someone else made the data erased or was it actually Avast, even though it said no reply from device has been received yet, please wait...? I tried to do it again but it just told me "Command timed out". Please see picture.
Can someone help please?
