Enable RDP only for 1 IP

Hi all, can I allow only one IP address to connect my PC with RDP?

In Avast Fw you can go into the packet rules and allow incoming tcp to port 3389 for specific ip only.

I think Avast firewall is not very intuitive, I created the rule as you suggested, but I can still connect from any IP address, in addition, the default RDP rule cannot be disabled.

I solved by creating a second rule after the first that blocks everything via the rdp port from all the other ip's
