virus detection

When a virus is found and move to chest is selected, will Avast automatically move any subsequent virus to the chest if the "do not show this message again" box is checked and then continued?

Yes... this is the 'Silent Mode' of on-demmand scanning at Home version.
Oh, only in this specific scanning... next time, the screen will appear again.
With the Professional version, you can configure to not see even the first message  :)
