How do we do a normal file system scan?

Since I updated versions to 19.5.2378 (free version) the ability to just press a couple of buttons to file scan the system seems to have disappeared.

If I press smart scan it doesnt seem to scan the file system. It scans browser, outdated apps, malware and then advanced threats.

Where is the file system scan? and why isn't it included in the smart scan?
