avast vpn ile windows 10 da bağlantı sorunu

windows 10 pro64 bit kullanıyorum, avast vpn satın aldım,vpn yi  acınca bağlantı kesiliyor internet bağlantısı tarayıcılarda gözükmüyor ama avast securiline vpn programının kendisinde normal çalıştığı gözüküyor,programı kapatınca internet bağlantısı geliyor,sebebi nedir vpn yi kullanamıyorum

I am using windows 10 64 bit. I am using avast secure line vpn. When ı connect vpn my internet connection close and not open web site. Dissconnect vpn all of them normal. What is the problem ???
