I can see that the recently renewed license was registered a mis-typed version of your email address, which is why you were having difficulties cancelling the subscription.
The auto-renewal subscription has been cancelled, and I have requested our distributor (Nexway) to refund the recent payment; they will arrange this transaction and notify you in due course. Please be aware, it may take between 5 to 7 business days to complete the refund process, and to have the funds back in your account.
