Antivirus Subscription Cancellation Issue

I am trying to cancel my auto renewal of Avast antivirus as I no longer require the product. I had been unaware that I had automatically been subscribed to this after my free account expired in 2015. I am unable to find any email correspondence with the Order number required to cancel the subscription. I had 2 emails in 2015 to this email address, 1 informing me that my antivirus expires in one month and the other asking me to click on a link to verify the email address. The only other emails are annual invoices via paypal. When trying to recover the order number it just state sthe email address is not recognised. I am not happy with how difficult it is to try to cancel this unwanted subscription so would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Hi Hannah,

I can see that the recently renewed license was registered a mis-typed version of your email address, which is why you were having difficulties cancelling the subscription.

The auto-renewal subscription has been cancelled, and I have requested our distributor (Nexway) to refund the recent payment; they will arrange this transaction and notify you in due course. Please be aware, it may take between 5 to 7 business days to complete the refund process, and to have the funds back in your account.
