I need to download a copy invoice

I didn't get an email when my Avast Premier and Secureline VPN subscriptions renewed because the email provider (Bigfoot.com) has gone offline (for months now).  I have the two order IDs but can't download the invoices because I haven't got the passwords.  I've changed the primary email address on my account to Gmail but the forgot password option (https://avast.com/find-order) resends to the email address it used when the order was renewed.

How do I download the invoices?

Also, how to I switch off auto-renewal to ensure this doesn't happen next year?  Or having changed the primary email address will it use that one next year?

Hi Mark,

I have updated your email address to the Gmail address for your orders now. I have resent the confirmation emails with the passwords to access the order pages and download the invoices now.

Now that the email address is changed on the orders, it will be renewed under the new Gmail address for next year (and you will receive all correspondence to that address, such as the renewal reminder emails).

Please let me know if there anything further I can do for you.

very good products, but to find place where to download invoice is nearly impossible. Why its not possible to download from online account. It is necessary to keep sent email and enter the invoice from email.
