Sick of Avast ads and pop sups
« on: June 16, 2019, 11:02:48 AM »
Anybody else sick of all the ads and pop-ups they get from avast itself?  It appears you have to buy a dozen products  to be protected. They keep trying to sell me stuff and I already have four of their products. Can you stop them?

Also to add, check your components installed via:
Menu/Settings/Troubleshooting/ "Add/Modify Components" to make sure you only have the components installed that you want; Uncheck everything else. :)

Otherwise known as a "Custom Install".  Don't do a default install.  Pick and choose.
