Ringtones stopped working

I downloaded the mobile security product and now none of my downloaded ringtones work and my phone just vibrates. I changed to device tones and then I have sound but no vibration. I don't care what is going on with the app. If this is not fixed tomorrow I'm uninstalling all products from Avast.

Hi, please check the setting of "Menu > Power Save" - if it is enabled, try to disable it and let me know, if anything changes.

Another option is that you are using the Avast Battery Saver.

If not, please check your device Settings to see you have not accidentaly changed the sound and vibration preference.
