This looks like a major weakness in Avast.  One thing is bypassing the Antivirus, and a whole different "Ebola" is shutting it down.

I tried to remove it with Malwarebytes and didn't work either.  Who invented this malware: the Russians, Huawei,  Kim Jong-un? 

I will try another antivirus or anti-adware.

We checked this with our virus specialists and this detection was correct - the certificate on this URL was indeed revoked. As of right now, this should be fixed so Avast should not be detecting it anymore.
