Set your avast firewall settings to Private. Reboot to enable the new setting to set.Did you just update your avast installation?
On the new version it started detect some files what are not virus and the file exclusion is just not working too...
Can't see it listed on taskmanager details here.

But I guess there could be difficulties if there are other sandboxes functioning on the system and or its resource use.

Why this thing takes half an hour to install and then it was just broken, presumably because I'm blocking everything google related on a router level. Why the hell would you depend on google to such an extent?!
