Thank you for contacting Avast Customer Care.
In this particular situation, your Avast Passwords is now locked and it will not be possible for you to obtain access to your Passwords, nor you can synchronize this device nor any other.
The only solution that we can offer in this situation, if you wish of course to be able to synchronize Passwords again, is that we delete your Cloud Vault which is located on our server and which contains all the passwords from your synced devices.
That way once we delete this current Cloud Vault you will be able to start synchronizing from scratch.
I understand that this is not an ideal solution and that you may be worried that your passwords will be lost. What I can say from our experience is that passwords that are locally stored on your particular device should still be accessible afterwards.
Before we proceed in this direction, kindly confirm to me that this is okay so we can proceed.
