Trouble with subscription status on paired macbook

Hi,

I have the main Omni app installed on a windows pc and 4 instances of the family guardian app on ios devices (2 iphone 1ipad and 1 macbook air) . The problem is that when I added the macbook air it shows that its activated under to a past subscription and says its expired? I recently renewed my subscription but for some reason the macbook didn't rollover with everything else. I've had problems with the apple products being recognized before and to get them to work I had to uninstall the apps, create new users, reinstall the app and then link the device to the new user. Should I unistall the macbook app and resync everything with a new user? Wondering if anyone has found a better way.

I spoke with  customer service and all I had to do was put in my activation code on the macbook. It was immediately added as it was intended.
