I'm glad that you were able to solve the issue. Support package -
https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Submit-support-file. If you install the Avast Omni again, I'm attaching instruction on how to create and collect a dump - If crashed again, dump will be created and helps us address the issue.
A) Enable Complete memory dump
1. Open Start > Control Panel > System >
2. Open "Advanced system setting"
3. Open tab "Advanced" - and "Settings" in Startup and recovery section
4. From the Write debugging information drop-down menu, select "Complete memory dump."
5. Check Overwrite any existing file.
6. Click OK.
7. A message about pagefile requirements may appear; if it does, click Yes.
8. Click OK.
B) Reproduce the situation
- pc will be restarted
C) Collect Support package and Dump
- Dump (memory.dmp) will be generated at C:\ or C:\Windows
