Virusscanservice VirusTotal will be Google Cloud

Do we think it is a good thing that Google will be that giant a monopolist with such a dominant position everywhere and in every field,
that the time now really has come to break up that corporation in managable parts  for watchdogs, institutions and governments.

Finally not to have multinational big IT companies any longer that will decide even over supra-national legislation?

When MS did it everybody cried wolf, now noone seems to react.

And again we hear reassuring words, do not worry nothing will really change:

But Google also has very good initiatives, like Google Safe Browsing.

So we really also should do our part in reporting bad websites there,
through Suspicious Site Reporter, an extension that I work in my Avast Secure Browser.
and immediately report to https://safebrowsing.google.com/* from inside the browser.

You cannot just complain, you should also participate in keeping the Interwebz a better place.

So report sites that redirect maliciously, smut-sites, scam-sites, malicious and suspicious sites.

We together can make the Internet a safer and more secure place,
as we as Google end-users could unite to forward such a goal.
