Hi,

According to the information you provide, your settings seem to be correct.
Would you mind uninstalling your current version and installing the beta version 20.1?

For anyone else having this issue, this is what worked for me.

Many threads on this topic say to make sure you avast premium network is in private mode.

If you look at the logs when the RDP is blocked it will likely show that the TCP/UDP public blocks the request to the RDP port.

First Step
  • Protection -> Firewall -> Settings -> System Rules
  • Make sure "Allow remote desktop connections to this computer" is enabled
  • Optionally enable "Allow Windows File and Printer sharing" if needed
  • Press OK

Next step open Packet Rules

  • Protection -> Firewall -> Settings -> Packet Rules
  • Select your "Remote Desktop In" rule and move it to the very top above the "Public Tcp/Udp In Block" rule.[/]
    • Press Ok

    Hopefully that works for anyone that was stuck in my position. It worked for me!
