I bought an AVAST VPN license, installed it and now Windows 10 does not restart!

What should I do?
Half an hour ago that my Windows 10 was labeled "trying to perform repairs" at the beginning and does not start!

This happened after installing the Avast VPN. I restarted and never started the system again.
I'm really more than disappointed with the product.

I personally am not aware of how installing a VPN would affect the "Booting up" of an OS (Win 10). Never heard of that.
It can certainly affect any internet connection.

Hard drive crash can cause this issue ---.
