Free antivirus srtuck on 0% screen
« on: July 09, 2019, 11:17:15 PM »
Quick scan always sticks on a screen saying scanning for malware 0% (and yet it also indicates that it is OK having been checked for viruses and malware). Can't even stop the scan as it doesn't respond at all.

I have attached a screen shot of the screen.

Do you have any McAfee programs installed?

Yeah, was hoping to avoid that, but suspect you are right.

Thanks.
