Window off screen

On my high-DPI Windows system, the Avast application window exceeds the visible area on the screen.

Doesnt that model have 1366 x 768 screen. That is same as my laptop. Avast UI is big but is not greater than 1366 x 768 pixels. Have you set screen to max resolution?

Not according to the data provided by 'mikeyww' in the code screen, it is 1024x168 @ 120 DotsPerInch.

There is a bit of a screen resolution hack:
Avast Installation Screen too big for low resolution monitor - A hack that you can try (curtesy of bob3160), see video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yM0SQyuk7_4

I had to use this in an old system - Acer Aspire One, Win7 Starter (32bit) 10.1", 1024X600 screen and that worked to at least get past that and then restore normal resolutions.

No problem, at first I thought it was an image rather than a code box with the scroll bar.
