Internet Connection Sharing Mode

I have Avast Internet Security version 19.1.2360 but I can't find Internet Connection Sharing Mode on the firewall settings. Was it removed or is it on some other place?

I only use the free version so you'll need to wait for someone that uses a version that contains the firewall.
Hopefully they'll have an answer for you.

No, it's not that one.

Open Avast GUI-->Menu-->Settings-->Troubleshooting-->Open Old Settings-->Components-->Firewall-->Policies

You should find Open Old Settings at bottom of Troubleshooting page and your setting under Firewall Policies.

I looked for this settings for a week now and varies old posts from 2010-2016 ........
