New beta version 19.7.2385

Hi everyone,

new beta version 19.7.2385 (build 19.7.4615) is released.

What's new
It is now possible to manually upgrade to Premium Security edition via button in settings (from IS and PRO editions)

What was fixed
Fixed crash in instup

Known issues
CyberCapture toaster does not work (file is blocked, but user is not informed)
