I didn't receive the activation code

I've bought avast VPN but I didn't receive the activation code

Directly, on avast vpn's app, when the trials days expired, i just bought by credit card.

I already tried this, but it says that I do not have products in my account or related to my e-mail

It asks "order ID" and I didn't received this on my e-mail, its about this all this time.

If you don't have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.
