My license just expired 10 month early

On 5/15/17 I bought 3 years of Avast Endpoint Protection Suite Plus for my office of 10.
Today all 10 computers expired, even though 3 years should be 5/15/20.
Any recommendation?

Did you buy from Avast directly or from a reseller..?
