**** Sorry, should be in on-premise category, not cloud ****

Hi All,

I've just tried to migrate a client from AVG managed business security to Avast managed business security and have had a number of problems as below. If anyone could please educate me, it would be greatly appreciated.

1. Remote deployment "remove competing A/V products" simply doesn't work. AVG was still on every client machine. Very, very frustrating.
2. After Avast install (and subsequent manual uninstall of AVG, Avast still persists with Passive Mode. Multiple reboots and using the AVG Cleaner doesn't work.
3. It appears the conflict with AVG/Avast both installed prevents any internet browser from working. Yikes.

Can someone please assist as I don't want to manually stuff around with 35 PCs.

Thanks,

Craig.

We have reported the issue to developers. They are working on a fix.
