VPN not connecting / new update?
« on: July 31, 2019, 04:53:45 PM »
With the new update on 7/29/2019 - I have been unable to connect to the VPN.  I uninstalled and reinstalled this morning, it connected for a second or two and then disconnected and will not reconnect.

I contacted customer support yesterday - haven't heard back yet.

Restarted phone.  Turned phone off and back on.

Phone:  Pixel 2
Op System: Android 9 (updated)

Any ideas?

Thank You

Hi
I have similar issue with my HP laptop, Windows 10.
Since some 'unidentified' update last week - Secureline won't connect. When I activate it, it switches off my WiFi adapter (so there is no internet connection).
When a slide left to disable Secureline, then my WiFi adapter automatically turns itself back on!
I've reinstalled Secureline, but no difference!
Help!

Most of the anti-virus block the vpn because they feel the it can create in-secure connections.
And where did that bit of wisdom come from? Certainly not from anything I've read. ???
