Intellitamper, a dangerous hacktool?
« on: August 03, 2019, 01:22:24 PM »
How to remove it from your computer: https://www.exterminate-it.com/malpedia/remove-intellitamper

This is a file analysis utility for http sites, that can be abused by hackers.
A tool to see what is really behind a website.

It can be used by pentesters but when it gets on Windows, without the user knowing about it, it can be rather dangerous.

Intellitamper knows many remote and local overflow issues,  see: https://www.exploit-db.com/

One could quarantine it using VoodooShield.

Cybersecurity is more of an attitude than anything else. Avast Evangelists.

Use NoScript, a limited user account and a virtual machine and be safe(r)!
