Hi, It is a new laptop, no other anti-virus. I did have Spybot but have unistalled that. Then I did an Avast Repair as you suggested. Still doesn't connect. I used the free version of Avast for a week and had no problems, then upgraded to Premium Security and that's when the problem started. As I said, if I disable the firewall, connects fine.
