Hub not received + broken page link

I have not received my hub and the link on the omni page takes me to a blank page.

I would suggest posting in the Avast Omni sub-forum.

Robert, could you please provide more details, such as:
1. Were you able to log in to Omni app? If so, which platform (Android, iOS, Windows)?
2. What does the app say? "Omni hub delivered" or something else?
3. Where did you find that broken link?

Hi Robert,

I see a note from the distribution company saying "insufficient address". Are you sure you provided all the information during the order? Can you somehow update the information? (As an employee I wasn't part of the beta order/purchase at all so I'm not sure what option you currently have in hand.)
