Problem cleanup PREMIUM

Witam, mam problem przy uruchomieniu programu Avast CleanUp PREMIUM, mam wykupione premium przeskanowałem cały komputer, poproszono mnie abym uruchomił ponownie komputer, uruchamiam ponownie program i klapa, wyskakuje komunikat KŁOPOTLIWA SYTUACJA, prosi mnie abym ponownie uruchomił komputer, robiłem to wielokrotnie i dalej nic  :-\ :-\ :-\
