cancelling Free Trial

Just give me a phone number to call to cancel SecureLine VPN free trial.  I have went to the links that I have come across but they all want to know account numbers and from where I signed up for the trial.  Since I have not been charged yet, I do not know from which of the retailers I am going to be charged. It is like going around in a circle. Is there a phone number *anywhere* that I can call to cancel?
