Fully agree with you, and normally that has always been my policy as well off course, alsways update browsers automatically, and even doing a bit extra there. But you cannot go without in-browser security to-day. There is always the new vulnerability around the corner, there is always the open bugs, that have not already been patched, there is always Mr. Metasploit H.D. Moore fuzzing and looking for new ones, and if a Netcraft bar is alerting me to someone trying to trick me with a cross siting script etc., allthough this is only on a test site, and with NoScript lowered for the occasion to make the test possible, I am glad they made such a good product, and I am gonnan help them, and report phishing sites and malware scripts and all. That is all there is to it.
