Whitelisting Certificate
« on: August 14, 2019, 06:22:36 AM »
Hi Team,

We've recently renewed our signing certificate for our application and we're just trying to get that white listed. We've submitted the application a week ago through FTP but we haven't heard anything back. We've tried to submit a white list form online but it was rejected because it was a duplicated request (I'm wondering if this was compared to the request in June, where we got the same application white listed but with an older certificate). Could we get an update on how this is going?

Thank you,
Jae Kim.

Yes, as I mentioned in my post, I have already gone through both processes. We uploaded our application to the FTP a week ago and have not heard back from anyone. Can someone give us an update?

Thank you,
Jae Kim.

I've alerted Avast. Let's see if that helps.

We urgently need an update regarding this as our certificates are expiring. We've also resubmitted the application into the FTP server and still have not heard back. We want to white-list the same application that was approved as before but with a renewed certificate.

Thank you,
Jae Kim.

Hi Kim,

I have looked at this issue and please be informed that provided files have been whitelisted. I have answered you via email as well.

Kind Regards,
Ondrej
