This appears to be a common issue, I did not receive an order email when it auto renewed recently to let me input this into the cancellation form either so I can only supply the license too F7EBPA-CKA5H2-5GU78S. Would it be possible to cancel my subscription ?

well it is quite common but the main reason is that you make a typo when entering your email during the purchase and then we are not able to deliver the confirmation email with all the details about the order.
It also happened in your case where you entered "@hotmai.com" after your email instead of "@hotmail.com".
Anyway thank you for posting your activation code as I was able to find your record according to that and I just cancelled your subscription.
Your license is still valid until January 16 2021.
