I've managed to find your subscription now - it appears that there was a typo in your email address when you signed up for the trial (which is why you didn't receive the confirmation email to your normal email address). I have now updated the email address associated to your license to the one that you use to log into this forum.
I have cancelled the auto-renewal subscription for your Avast Cleanup license now, and you will not be automatically charged for any further subscriptions in relation to this license. I have requested an email confirming this from our distributor (Digital River), which you should receive today. You can continue to use the product until it expires on Jul/07/2020.
