Avast is not updating

avast has been notifying me that an update is available but when i check for the update it says it is already updated and doesn't work, i tried to reinstall avast and it fixed the problem only temporarily but it happened again and avast doesn't update

its windows 7 and avast version is 19.7.2388

it says it is out of date but when i check for updates it says it is up to date..
