While playing XCOM: Enemy Unknown on Steam I get an unstable 50-55 fps. If I disable Avast I get a stable 60 fps like it should be. I'm not sure when the issue started since I'm playing it for ther first time and it never happened with other games. I tried putting the Steam/game folder and exe in the exceptions but it doesn't always work (while disabling all the protections always works). I tried with a much more demanding Steam game, DOOM (2016), and the issue doesn't happen (DOOM requires i7-3770 and R9 290, while XCOM requires Intel Core Duo and Radeon HD 3000, a huge difference). I have Windows 10 version 1903, Avast Free 19.7.2388, and a RX 480 video card with the latest driver.
