Unauthorized billing payment

Hello, i was billed a avast nexway of 55.65$ but i have never allowed any payments to go through and have never linked any credit cards to avast. i would like some information as i am contacting paypal to cancel and refuse this payment as i have never ever paid for any of the premium or automatic billing. unless avast just gracefully took took my credit number from my google account?
