Hi, I cannot find KD65O5 but I did find K65O5, is this perhaps the one?
Has this been resolved? Windows 7 , uninstalled Avast , reinstalled avast and still the Mail shield will not turn on.

Did you already try to uncheck the IPV6 on the network and internet setting?

We are sorry for the delay. Please bear with us.
Any updates on this bug yet? It's still an issue for me too (latest version of Avast Premium Security and Win7 Pro 64 bit) after trying all that's been suggested as possible fixes.

Just tell us Win7 users this up front and stop taking us for a ride since Win10 users don't have this problem.
